Ritz-Carlton Gold Coast

Soon to be Australia’s 3^rd hotel from this lavish chain, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel will be located on a sought-after Gold Coast waterfront location. Due for completion in 2026, it will set a new benchmark for luxury hotels in the Gold Coast market place. The development will comprise of 150 hotel rooms, an outdoor rooftop pool, event spaces, other boutique retail spaces, and a marina to accommodate boats.

ASL’s sister company Acoustic Logic provided acoustics services for the project, and our Vertical Transportation Director developed the vertical transportation design for the project while at another organisation.
