ASL has been engaged by Griffith University to deliver comprehensive Vertical Transportation (VT) consultancy services across its campuses throughout Queensland, including Nathan, Gold Coast, Logan, South Bank, and Mt Gravatt. Our role has been instrumental in ensuring the continued safety, efficiency, and functionality of the University’s vertical transport assets, aligning with both legislative compliance and best-practice engineering standards.

Scope of Services provided

• Condition Audits and Asset Assessment
  We have undertaken detailed condition audits of existing lift infrastructure across multiple campuses. Our assessments inform strategic decisions related to capital upgrades, maintenance planning, and future-proofing of VT systems.
• Modernisation Oversight
  ASL oversees various lift modernisation projects throughout Queensland, ensuring that aging equipment is upgraded in a cost-effective manner. We have worked closely with the University’s asset management team to align outcomes with sustainability targets, accessibility requirements, and user expectations, while minimising operational disruption on campus.
• New Lift Installations
  From concept to commissioning, our team has provided full-scope consultancy on the installation of new VT systems in recently constructed and refurbished facilities..
